A very hot and fiery steak rub, not for the faint-hearted!!!
To give a fabulous taste to your steak, try rubbing a little of this mix onto the raw meat, refrigerate for 10 mins before cooking on a hot barbeque.
Redback Rub can be added to a little yoghurt or oil for a unique marinade for prawns or seafood.
