Macadamia Oil

Macadamia oil is considered as one of the healthiest oils as it is rich in monounsaturated fats. It also has a high smoking point, which is around 220°C, making it an ideal choice for pan frying or stir frying. Additionally, it has a subtle nutty flavour that blends perfectly with Australian native plant infusions.

1 A great oil for dipping with dukkah or dukkah and vinegar.

2 A healthy oil for pan frying, stir frying or sauteeing (try our Bush Tomato, Garlic and Chilli infused Macadamia oil for cooking fresh prawns).

3 This ingredient is delicate and fresh, which makes it perfect for making a vinaigrette. You can pair it with one of our caramelized balsamic vinegars for an even better taste.

4 Our Lemon Myrtle, Lemon Myrtle and Wild Lime and our plain Macadamia oil is great for muffins or cakes.
