These Australian native tomatoes are gathered in Central Australia, dried, ground and blended with Native Basil and a hint of chilli.
This robust and spicy dukkah has been specially formulated to be used with our Bush Tomato Garlic and Chilli infused Macadamia oil and our Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar infused with Mountain Pepper.
Australian native herbs and spices give a truly sensational flavour. This dukkah is fantastic when used as a coating on a fillet of pork.
