Bush Tomatoes are still wild harvested in the dry arid areas of Central Australia. This amazing little fruit has a warm, caramelised, dried tomato flavour and is great in pasta dishes, chutneys and relishes. It goes really well with foods such as capsicum, eggplant and other foods from the mediterranean.
